Welcome to Community Matters, our engaging event series tailored for the vibrant seniors of Applaud! Join us as we visit 3 cities across Ontario for a day of FREE food, fun, and activity!
Each day will feature informative and interactive sessions on health and nutrition, financial awareness, community building, volunteer opportunities, and more. Socialize with fellow Applaud members, re-connect with former colleagues, and make new friends! Enjoy a book swap, visit our vendors, and meet our workshop facilitators. Connect with local community resources while savouring coffee and pastries, a full gourmet lunch, and afternoon snacks and refreshments.
