Join us for Applaud’s Cave Time and ACT on your most time-intensive to-do's. In the Applaud cave, we’ll “block out and focus in” on the most productive 90 minutes in your day. With a virtual cave-diving guide, we’ll keep an eye on the clock for you, so you can work without distraction or worry.
These sessions will recur twice monthly.
How will this work?
At the end of this 80 minutes, everyone can share a celebratory stretch, check-in in the chat, and sign-off for the rest of your day’s tasks!

These sessions will recur twice monthly.
How will this work?
- Register for your Cave session
- Block off your registered time in your calendar to protect this time from otherwise scheduled meetings.
- Sign in for your scheduled Zoom session
- Camera ON, phones OFF. Replace daily distractions with real-time accountability!
- Come with a list of 1-3 tasks you intend to tackle within this hour. What is that thing you’ve been putting off? Need to work on a document, tackle that email inbox, or do some brainstorming? This is YOUR TIME.
- We’ll take a moment to say hello and get into the present moment with a few breaths.
- In the chat, share your intentions for the session with fellow participants. This is another form of accountability.
- The facilitator will start a timer for 40 minutes, during which time everyone will work, microphones muted, all phones and notifications off and out of sight.
- At the 40 minutes mark, the facilitator will quietly prompt a stretch-and-hydration break, reminding everyone to take a moment to drink some water, take a washroom break, stretch, etc.
- The facilitator will set the timer for the 2nd 40-minute block
