Mindshift & Movement

Mindshift & Movement is a monthly, mid-week reset designed to help you pause and recalibrate, so you can move through the rest of the month with clarity. Whether you’re back in the office or tuning in from home, this series makes wellness accessible.

Each session you can expect:

  • 30 minutes of Mindshift – A guided meditation and sound bath experience.
  • 30 minutes of Movement – A variety of gentle yoga, stretching, posture support, or mobility work. All sessions include modification options. Movements can be done comfortably at your desk or with minimal space at home.

Serving Others Starts with Caring for Yourself.

You spend so much of your time in service to others, this is your reminder to be in service to yourself. When you intentionally carve out time to care for your own well-being, you show up stronger and more present in every role you hold.
